• Balcony balustrades obscure permitting natural clothes drying
• Cross ventilation where possible
• Car stacker uses less floor space and construction materials than traditional carpark

Energy

• Gas hot water
• Appliances minimum 3 star energy rated
• Natural ventilation to silos lobbies where possible
• Carbon monoxide monitoring controlling variable speed carpark exhaust fans
• Bathroom ventilation on time switch for some apartments

Water

• All showerheads AAA rated
• All wcʼs dual flush
• All dishwashers 3 star WELS rating
• Minimising non-native planting and utilizing drought tolerant species
